For Daily Styling: 1.Rub a small amount between palms of hands. 2.Distribute throughout wet or dry hair. 3.Massage into scalp and hair ends if needed. Comb through and style. 

For Thermal Styling: 1.Apply a small amount to clean, dry hair section-by-section. 2.Proceed to style with curling or flat iron. 

For Hot OilTreatment: 1.Before shampooing, apply liberally and cover hair with warm damp towel or plastic cap. 2.Leave on 10-15 minutes. 3.Proceed to shampoo.
